Abstract

The far distance water resource information acquiring and monitoring system based on public communication network includes two parts: monitoring terminal devices and monitoring center information processing system. The monitoring terminal devices are installed in the water taking ports of the enterprises and the monitoring center information processing system are connected via public communication network, modem access system and information processing server. The present invention has the features of being electromagnetic interference resistant, waterproof and dustproof, and may be used in receiving and displaying various kinds of information from the monitoring terminals for effective control of water resource.
本发明公开了一种基于中国公用通讯网的水资源信息采集远程监控系统,其特征是:包括各监测终端装置和监控中心信息处理系统两大部分,监测终端装置安装在各企业取水口,监控中心信息处理系统安装在水资源主管部门,由公用通讯网通过调制解调器接入系统和系统中的信息处理服务器。其有益效果为:具有防电磁干扰、防水、防尘的特点;能接收并显示各种被监控终端的信息、参数、设备工作状态,远程用水充值、远程控制泵阀启停、动态生成有关水情数据库,快速、无缝、永远在线,保证信息安全,访问服务非常快速、可靠,保证数据的准确性。实现水资源采集许可控制、收集水费。
