Abstract

本发明公开了一种防止离心泵气蚀和真空形成的海水淡化辅助装置,包括离心泵,离心泵的出口分别连接液液射流器的入口端和气液射流器的入口端,液液射流器的出口端与离心泵的入口连接。当将液液射流器的负压腔吸入口与海水淡化器的液相部分连接,将气液射流器的负压腔吸入口与海水淡化器的气液相部分连接时,便构成本发明的海水淡化系统。本发明采用一台离心泵配合两支射流器实现了防止离心泵气蚀和真空形成,可以降低设备安装高度,节省设备投入,节约系统整体耗电量,可广泛的应用于蒸馏海水法淡化系统。
The invented auxiliary equipment for desalination includes centrifugal pump, the outlet of said centrifugal pump is respectively connected with inlet end of liquid-liquid fluidic device and inlet end of gas-liquid fluidic device, the outlet end of liquid-liquid fluidic device is connected with inlet of centrifugal pump. When the suction inlet of negative pressure cavity of liquid-liquid fluidic device is connected with liquid-phase portion of sea water disalination plant and the suction, inlet of negative pressure cavity of gas-liquid fluidic device is connected with the gas-liquid phase portion of sea water disalination plant, the invented sea water disalination system can be formed.
